Don’t have a bookkeeping system?  No problem!  We can help you set up your online bookkeeping system, customized to your needs.

We will:

• Set up your software subscription (QuickBooks Online, Xero, or whatever web-based system you prefer)

  • Authorized reseller of QuickBooks Online and Xero

  • Monthly fees will be separately invoiced

• Set up your bank feed

• Build your Chart of Account

• Link up 3rd party apps (ex: Square, Shopify, Toast, Bill.com, etc)

• Set up merchant payment accounts (if needed)

• Import and categorize transactions from past period into your books

$40/hour for initial setup and customization

For an affordable monthly fee, we will:

• Review & record transactions to your General Ledger (Weekly)

  • Reviewing handwritten cleared checks, sorting out personal transactions from business accounts, and other tasks requiring extra review will be at an additional $40/hour

• Audit your financials for accuracy

• Reconcile bank & credit card accounts

• Reconcile all other asset & liability accounts (business equipment, vehicles, loans, etc.)

• Review all open Payables & Receivables

• Prepare, Review, & Present Month-End Financial Reports

• Close Books
